It’s hard to believe that it’s been nearly a year since my last post. I started this blog to share knowledge with the community at large, not realizing at the time just how busy I’d be mastering mobile development, successfully launching a cross-platform multiplayer game on every major app store, and growing my new company.
I haven’t forgotten about this blog, depsite my time of absense, and now it’s time to reaffirm my commitment to the Flash game development community by sharing some of the valuable lessons I’ve learned along my journey thus far. I’ll start simple: at least one new post a month with something valuable to offer.
In the next several weeks, I’m planning to share unique techniques for creating multi-screen mobile interfaces in Flash, how to get yourself setup in the various appstores, and (as I learn how to do it) how to create an asynchronous multiplayer game.
The first of these new posts is coming right up with a video based presentation: “How to Become Your Own Game Developer with Adobe Flash”.
